La respuesta corta: la app no recolecta, no almacena en servidores ni comparte ningún dato personal. Todo queda en tu teléfono.

2. Datos que recolectamos

Ninguno. La app no tiene sistema de cuentas, no pide registro y no envía tu información a ningún servidor propio ni de terceros. No usamos servicios de analítica (como Google Analytics o Firebase), no mostramos publicidad y no incluimos rastreadores de ningún tipo.

3. Dónde se guardan tus datos

Todo lo que anotas en la app — hábitos, medicamentos, gastos, sueldo, deudas, pendientes, cumpleaños, días libres, cuentas bancarias, rutinas de gimnasio, recetas, tu peso y tus controles de salud, etc. — se guarda únicamente en la memoria interna de tu teléfono, en una base de datos local a la que solo la app puede acceder.

  • Nadie más (ni siquiera el desarrollador) puede ver tus datos.
  • Si desinstalas la app, los datos guardados en el teléfono se eliminan.
  • Los datos de salud (peso, estatura y cintura) reciben el mismo trato que el resto: se quedan en tu teléfono y no se envían a ninguna parte. La app no los usa para diagnosticar nada; el IMC y sus rangos son solo una referencia general.

Lo que compartes tú

Las rutinas de gimnasio y las recetas tienen un botón para compartirlas (por WhatsApp, correo o donde quieras). Eso lo decides tú, ítem por ítem: la app solo prepara el mensaje y lo entrega a la aplicación que elijas. Nada se comparte solo. Ese mensaje lleva únicamente la rutina o receta que elegiste —escrita de forma legible y, al final, la misma información codificada para que quien tenga la app pueda importarla— más el enlace público de la app en Google Play, por si quien la recibe no la tiene. No lleva ningún otro dato tuyo. Tus datos de salud (peso, IMC y cintura) no tienen botón de compartir en ninguna parte de la app.

Copia de seguridad automática de Android

Tu propio teléfono Android puede incluir los datos de la app en la copia de seguridad automática del sistema que Google hace en tu cuenta personal de Google (la misma que respalda tus otras apps). Esa copia es un servicio del sistema operativo, viaja cifrada, queda asociada solo a tu cuenta de Google y el desarrollador no tiene ningún acceso a ella. Sirve para que, si cambias de teléfono o reinstalas la app, tus datos puedan restaurarse solos. Puedes activarla o desactivarla en los ajustes de tu teléfono (normalmente en Ajustes → Google → Copia de seguridad).

4. Respaldos manuales

La app permite exportar manualmente un respaldo completo de tus datos en un archivo. Ese archivo lo generas tú y lo guardas donde tú decidas (por ejemplo, tu Google Drive o tu correo). La app no sube respaldos automáticamente a ningún lado. La seguridad del lugar donde guardes tu respaldo es tu responsabilidad (y del servicio que elijas).

El respaldo incluye tus datos y tus preferencias (sueldo, tema, moneda, idioma y cómo tienes personalizados los menús). No incluye tu clave de bloqueo ni la configuración de huella digital: esas se quedan siempre en el teléfono.

5. Conexión a internet

La app funciona completamente sin internet, con una sola excepción opcional:

Feriados por país: si activas los feriados en el calendario, la app descarga la lista de feriados públicos del país que elijas desde el servicio gratuito Nager.Date (date.nager.at), aproximadamente una vez al año por país. En esa consulta solo se envía el país y el año (por ejemplo: "feriados de Chile 2026"); nunca datos personales ni nada de lo que hayas anotado en la app. Como en cualquier conexión a internet, ese servicio puede ver tu dirección IP al responder la consulta. Puedes desactivar los feriados en el filtro del calendario y la app no volverá a conectarse.

7. Bloqueo con clave

Si activas el bloqueo con clave de 4 dígitos, la app no guarda la clave: guarda solamente una huella matemática irreversible de ella (hash con sal), únicamente en tu teléfono. Ni el desarrollador ni nadie que acceda a los archivos de la app puede leer tu clave. Además, tras varios intentos fallidos seguidos el ingreso se bloquea temporalmente, para proteger tus datos si el teléfono cae en otras manos.

Si olvidas la clave y tienes la huella digital activada, puedes entrar con ella y cambiarla. Si no, la única salida es borrar los datos de la app desde los ajustes del teléfono (por eso conviene exportar respaldos de vez en cuando).

8. Menores de edad

La app no recolecta datos de nadie, incluidos menores de edad. No contiene publicidad ni compras, y su contenido es apto para todo público.

9. Cambios a esta política

Si alguna versión futura de la app cambiara la forma en que trata los datos (por ejemplo, si se agregara una función de sincronización en la nube), esta política se actualizará antes de publicar esa versión y el cambio se indicará en la fecha de "última actualización".

Short answer: the app does not collect, store on servers, or share any personal data. Everything stays on your phone.

None. The app has no account system, requires no sign-up, and sends no information to our servers or third-party servers. We use no analytics services, show no ads, and include no trackers of any kind.

3. Where your data is stored

Everything you write in the app — daily goals, medications, expenses, income, debts, to-dos, birthdays, days off, bank account details, gym routines, recipes, your weight and your health check-ins, etc. — is stored only in your phone's internal storage, in a local database accessible only to the app.

  • No one else (not even the developer) can see your data.
  • If you uninstall the app, the data stored on the phone is deleted.
  • Health data (weight, height and waist) is treated exactly like everything else: it stays on your phone and is never sent anywhere. The app does not use it to diagnose anything; BMI and its ranges are only a general reference.

What you share yourself

Gym routines and recipes have a button to share them (via WhatsApp, email or wherever you like). You decide that, item by item: the app only prepares the message and hands it to the app you choose. Nothing is shared on its own. That message contains only the routine or recipe you picked — written in readable form and, at the end, the same information encoded so that whoever has the app can import it — plus the public Google Play link to the app, in case the recipient does not have it. It carries no other data of yours. Your health data (weight, BMI and waist) has no share button anywhere in the app.

Android automatic backup

Your Android phone may include the app's data in the system's automatic backup that Google stores in your personal Google account (the same backup used for your other apps). That copy is an operating-system service: it is encrypted in transit, tied only to your Google account, and the developer has no access to it whatsoever. It exists so that your data can be restored automatically if you switch phones or reinstall the app. You can turn it on or off in your phone settings (usually Settings → Google → Backup).

4. Manual backups

The app lets you manually export a full backup file. You generate that file and choose where to keep it (e.g., your Google Drive or email). The app never uploads backups automatically anywhere. The security of wherever you store your backup is your responsibility (and that of the service you choose).

The backup includes your data and your preferences (income, theme, currency, language and how you customized the menus). It does not include your lock PIN or your fingerprint setting: those always stay on the phone.

5. Internet connection

The app works fully offline, with one optional exception:

Public holidays: if you enable holidays in the calendar, the app downloads the public holiday list for the country you choose from the free Nager.Date service (date.nager.at), roughly once a year per country. That request only contains the country and the year (e.g., "holidays of Chile 2026") — never personal data or anything you wrote in the app. As with any internet connection, that service can see your IP address when answering. You can turn holidays off in the calendar filter and the app will not connect again.

The app does not access your contacts, location, camera, photos, microphone or personal files.

7. PIN lock

If you enable the 4-digit PIN lock, the app does not store your PIN: it stores only an irreversible mathematical fingerprint of it (a salted hash), and only on your phone. Neither the developer nor anyone with access to the app's files can read your PIN. In addition, after several consecutive failed attempts, entry is temporarily blocked to protect your data if the phone falls into the wrong hands.

If you forget your PIN and have fingerprint unlock enabled, you can enter with your fingerprint and change it. Otherwise, the only way back in is clearing the app's data from the phone settings (which is why exporting backups from time to time is a good idea).

8. Children

The app collects no data from anyone, including children. It contains no ads or purchases, and its content is suitable for all audiences.

9. Changes to this policy

If a future version of the app changes how data is handled (for example, if a cloud sync feature were added), this policy will be updated before that version is released, and the change will be reflected in the "last updated" date.
